Private Training

Private one-on-one training sessions can give you the edge you need to get the best results possible from your fitness program. After a personal consultation to determine your specific goals and current fitness level, a workout is designed around your needs and objectives. Your program is tailored to your particular fitness level and is developed using the latest techniques from the field of exercise science. To provide you with the most benefit from your program, you receive guidance on proper form and technique. Private training is by appointment and is offered in either 60 or 45 minute sessions.

Semi-Private Training

Get personalized instruction with a lower cost than working in one-on-one sessions. Each program is individually designed around your specific fitness goals and you receive individual instruction at each workout to give you the edge you need to get the best results possible. You progress at your own rate and provided a variety of workouts to keep you challenged and improving.

Group Classes

Group classes are an efficient way to bring your fitness to a higher level. These 45 minutes sessions combine weight lifting, cardio, body-weight and Pilates types of exercises into high energy circuit workouts that give you a strength and cardio workout at the same time. Classes are designed to strengthen your muscles, maximize caloric expenditure, and increase your metabolism.
