HIIT Training Principles Workouts utilize the HIIT training program, which is used by elite athletes to maximize athletic performance. Incorporating interval and periodization training principles, this state-of-the-art program will give you the most effective and efficient workouts possible. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and you are given guidance based on your particular fitness level and goals.
45 Minute Sessions The workouts are completed in 45 minutes and are designed using the most advanced principles of exercise physiology. All workouts follow the guidelines set forth by the American College of Sports Medicine to ensure safety and effectiveness. To provide you with the most benefit from your program, you will receive guidance on proper form and technique. You will progress at your own individual rate and, as you advance, you will be given a variety of workouts to keep you challenged and improving.
